Call us
Call us to discuss your order and delivery requirements. We will ask you about access to the room where your furniture will be positioned, and we may ask you to upload a video showing us a walk through from your entrance so we can understand any access restrictions. For example, staircases, narrow door entrances.
Arrange a time
We will provide a quotation for all the items you have requested within 1 working day and will advise the first available delivery date and whether we plan an AM or PM delivery. Once confirmed we recommend you review your client bookings to minimise disruption in your salon.
Delivery
On the working day prior to delivery, we will call you to confirm the time we expect to arrive on delivery day and make sure you are available to receive your order.

Communication is key when you're running a busy salon. Your item will be delivered between 9am - 5pm Monday-Saturday on a date to suit you. Arrow XL will keep you informed by phone, SMS and through their App. All this helps you track your order from initial purchase through to delivery.
Two-person delivery
Your large item will be delivered by a specially trained Arrow XL two person team, who will deliver to the ground floor of your premises. If you requirements go beyond this standard delivery please contact our furniture team who will discuss our white glove bespoke delivery options with you.
