How do I collect?
Answer: Our collection service is only available from Ellisons hair and beauty headquarters which is located at
43 Bayton Road, Exhall, CV7 9EF

How long between ordering and collecting?
Answer: Your order will be ready in as little as 15 minutes, but please note our opening times are Monday – Friday between 8.30am – 8pm excluding bank holidays.
Once you have received your ready to collect text or email you can come and collect your order.
When can I collect?
Answer: Once you have received your text or email notifying your order is ready for collection you can collect anytime Monday – Friday between 8.30am – 7pm excluding bank holidays.
What proof of identity do I need to show to collect my order
Answer: Bring your ready to collect email or text, but don’t worry if you forget it, we will accept photo ID instead. If you can’t make it to us yourself but someone else can, just email or text your confirmation to them.
Don’t forget to bring a bag to carry your items home.
Can someone else collect my order for me?
Answer: Yes, no problem. If someone else is collecting your order, forward the ready to collect email or text to them and they’ll be able to use confirmation number to collect the order. To keep your order safe, we won’t let anyone collect your order unless they have your ready to collect confirmation.
If your order contains age restricted items we will ask for proof of ID upon collection.
How long do I have to collect my item?
Answer: If you can’t collect your order straight away, don’t worry. You have up to 7 days to pick up Click & Collect items. If you don’t collect your order within 7 days your order will be returned to stock we will issue a refund. In the unlikely event that you do not collect your order you will incur a restocking charge.
Why are some items not available for click and collect?
Answer: If you find an item that doesn’t qualify for Click & Collect, it’s probably because it’s a piece of furniture that’s too big or heavy, or it may only be available direct from one our fabulous suppliers. You can choose our White Glove Delivery service to bring large items of furniture right to your salon.
I’ve changed my mind how do I cancel?
Answer: As a trade only company our terms and conditions are different to consumer cancellation rights. If you've changed your mind and no longer wish to go ahead with the order, you must contact customer support team on 0345 222 8080 or email [email protected] within 7 days of placing the order to ask for a returns authorisation number to enable us to process your refund.
If you decide that you wish your order to be delivered by courier please contact our contact customer support team on 0345 222 8080. Our standard delivery charges will be applied.
Please note it may take longer than 7 days for any credit to appear on your credit/debit card statement.
Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
Answer: The picking, packing and processing of your order is quick, so we are unable to make any amendments to your order. If you require additional items please place another click and collect order.
