RefectoCil intense brows primer in medium prepares the eyebrow area for a more intense make up effect and the skin for even tinting. this high quality primer even helps your brow laminations and brow tints last even longer.

NB: Only for use on brows.

Intense browns system
RefectoCil intense browns is a brand new professional lash and brow system that enables you to create the most intense and customised lash tint and brow lamination looks, with results lasting up to 10 days on the skin and up to 6 weeks on the lashes or brows. Featuring a mild formula, it is ideal for clients who are prone to allergies or those who have sensitive skin. The base gel for intense brows is available in 4 colours: ash brown, chocolate brown, dark brown and black brown and with up to 60 applications per tube, it is perfect for busy beauty and hair salons.
