How to use Pulp Riot demi-permanent developer
Mix one part liquid demi formula with one part liquid demi developer in a non-metallic bowl and apply to your client’s damp or dry hair. Once mixed with Pulp Riot demi-permanent colour, the demi-permanent developer provides conditioned results and translucent reflection.
